Sweet

I really like this a lot. Inspiring =). Drums sound better than some of your other songs, as does the guitar. 10/10 and 5/5 son!

i see where you're coming with at this, and it'd sound really good on a nice set of stereo headphones

ONE THING

the lower EQ isn't quite low enough for a delicious bass-tastic taste. my suggestion is to up the lower trends in the song to burn up my subwoofer... a lot... lol i want this thing to mushify my brain. (more than it already is, of course =P)

love the distortion lead man, very crispy, but the snare is a little too poppy, maybe try switching pitches with it once in a while to make a trippy fill here and there, to help even out the repetitiveness. (and yes, i know drum and bass is supposed to be repetitive, but fills make it sound better.)

just try it and see how it sounds!

eh...

it's okay, i mean you have the right rhythms and stuff, but it's VERY tough to hear certain instruments and melodies.

and the guitar, jeez. definitely need to get some live in there son. listen to my halo song if you wanna hear the difference.

GOOd guitar, omg CHEEEEESY drums lol you got me all expecting a heavy start, but the drums on your software are a little too weak. if it's not too late, i'd try to find some better ones. i mean i can barely even hear the kick over the snare and splash

being a drummer myself, i know pretty well how to mic a drum set, so if you decide you want to try using real drums, just let me know, i may be able to help you out.

I understand where you may be coming from, but.. when I wrote it, I had something real specific in my mind, cause it was during a specific part of my life... I just wanted it to feel kind of bare in a way... the chorus gets really calm, quiet, and soft, sort of in a way reflecting the whole theme of the song- solitude and being alone. I appreciate your listen and review though! thanks
